The Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) is renowned for its stunning appearance. Its body features a bright, iridescent blue stripe that runs from the nose to the base of the tail, paired with a bold red stripe that extends from the middle of the body to the tail. They are omnivores with a preference for small, high-quality foods. They will readily accept flake foods, micro-pellets, and live or frozen foods like brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms. A varied diet will help maintain their vibrant colors and promote overall health.
